Become a member of CBAr and start enjoying the benefits of being part of a select group of Brazilian and foreign arbitration specialists.
In addition, you can join an online discussion group with daily discussions via email on extremely relevant topics on arbitration - a procedure that has been taking on a heightened importance in the Brazilian legal scenario.

You will also receive, free of additional charge, the CBAr Journal published by IOB containing articles, texts, decisions and relevant information on arbitration in Brazil and abroad. 

Finally, you will receive our monthly Newsletters, whose purpose is to provide CBAr’s members with topics on arbitration, upcoming events, recent decisions, etc. 

Finally, as a CBAr member you will receive discounts on the events organized by CBAr, such as Conferences and Seminars.

To become a CBAr member, please send your CV together with the recommendation of two CBAr members to the Membership Committee at cbar@cbar.org.br. The Membership Committee will contact you directly.

Our current annual membership rates are:

    1. Companies: R$ 850;
    2. Individuals: R$ 450;
    3. Undergraduate students: R$ 300.

*Companies have the right to enroll up to 3 members. However, each company is entitled to a single vote at Meetings.
